We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our office as a Social Media Content and Sales Support Specialist. Our ideal candidate has a pleasant demeanor, a professional appearance, and strong communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our online presence. You will work directly with the owners to create engaging content that showcases the work we do and the lives we change.

Additionally, you will provide backup support for incoming calls when our Director of First Impressions is unavailable. This requires a friendly, professional phone presence and the ability to assist clients effectively.

We host several events throughout the year, and you will attend these events to capture photos, videos, and other content for use on our social media platforms and website.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage content for our social media platforms using tools such as Canva and other design software
  • Develop and manage advertisements across various digital platforms
  • Produce video content for both our website and social media channels
  • Focus on storytelling that highlights how we help people, not just sales
  • Answer incoming calls as backup support for our Director of First Impressions
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed

    Add and update vehicles and equipment listings on our website
  • Attend occasional evening and Saturday events to capture photos, videos, and content
  • This is an in-person position
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience with social media content creation and platform management (required)
  • Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in an administrative role (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Quick Books and Salesforce is a plus
