Position Details:

• Full‑Time
• Rotating:
  Mon‑Sat 7:00 am‑8:00 pm, Sun: 10:00 am‑5:00 pm
• Pay Rate:
  Salary $30,000 + DOE
• Paid Time‑Off Accrued Annually
• Health Insurance (or stipend)
• Monthly Cell Phone Reimbursement ($50)

The Bakery Manager is the In‑Bakery Operator, responsible for day‑to‑day operations. Primary

Responsibilities include:

Staffing, Baking Production, Customer Service, Budget Management, Marketing and Community Involvement, Food Safety and Compliance.

• 5+ Years Management Experience Preferred
• Food Safety Manager Certification Current
• Train and Be Fully Proficient in Every Bakery Position
• Ability Lift 50 lbs
• Ability to Be on Feet 8‑10 Hours Per Day
• Be On‑Call for Bakery as Designated
• Maintain Good Driving Record for Deliveries
• Have Holiday Availability:
  New Years, Valentines Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
• Ability to Attend Offsite Events
• Possess a strong sense of teamwork.
• Has integrity and genuine care for others’ needs.

• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Attention to detail and works well under pressure
• Multi‑tasking ability and strong sense of urgency
• Strong sales ability.

Monthly 90% Rotating In‑Bakery Manager Shifts AM and PM:
Mon‑Sat 8:00 am‑9:00 pm; 10% Remote or Off‑site

Compensation: $30,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
