• Answer phone inquiries, providing accurate price quotes and relevant information to support customer needs.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure the correct parts are ordered and that all pricing aligns with the estimate.
• Provide high-level service to both internal teams and external customers, fostering positive relationships.
• Pull and fill orders from stock, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock items or shop materials that require immediate attention to maintain smooth operations.
