• Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running smoothly. Use company standards to keep the store clean, organized, and all famous styles easily shoppable.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Champion our Famous culture by embodying the behaviors that power our Customer Connection. Provide stellar customer engagement, leaving customers wowed with consistently top‑notch experiences.

Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met. Overtime hours may be required to meet business needs.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store
• Demonstrate positive communication with associates at all levels
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers, as needed
• Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Work effectively within a team
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
• Meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
