Purpose and Scope This key position is responsible for making our customers' projects come to life and ensuring all products are installed accurately, in a timely manner, and to the satisfaction of our valued customers. This position is responsible for all site preparation work as well as installation of all product lines.

Artisan Millwork LLC is looking for highly motivated Door and Trim Installers who want to join a quickly growing company with great growth opportunities. Preferred candidates will have door and trim installation experience and will perform installations in residential and commercial settings—instead including new construction sites, homes, commercial buildings, and offices. Candidates should have a working knowledge of power tools and practice problem-solving when necessary.

• Installation of doors and trim
• Ability to read and translate drawings and diagrams
• Identify and troubleshoot installation issues
• Perform quality inspection of finished products to maintain the quality of work Artisan Millwork LLC is known for
• Apply on-the-job critical thinking to ensure jobs are completed promptly and according to company quality standards
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers and supervisors
• Fix issues as they are presented onsite
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Adhere to safety regulations

• Bilingual speaking (English & Spanish) – not required
• Adaptable to a growing team

• Ability to meet strict deadlines with limited supervision
• Dedication to quality work and craftsmanship
• Willingness to work overtime
• Must know how to scribe casing and shelving to fit

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Physically able to lift, push, and pull more than 150 lbs.
• Able to stand, sit, walk, squat, move, or climb for long periods of time
• Able to operate heavy equipment (forklifts and cranes) a plus
• Positive attitude with dedication to high-quality work and craftsmanship
• Ability to meet strict deadlines with limited supervision

• Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Apprenticeship
• Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
