Requirements:

• Valid CDL required
• Insurable under auto policy
• Valid Medical Card
• Ability to lift without restrictions
• Comfort working on ladders and at heights
• Basic tool knowledge
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Follow lead instructions to assist with sign installation

Requirements:

• CDL required
• Meet all Junior Install Assistant requirements
• Load trucks and trailers independently
• Basic wiring of channel letters
• Safely operate boom while in the basket
• Prepare materials ahead for lead installer

Requirements:

• Meet all Intermediate Install Assistant requirements
• CDL required
• Independently hang patterns and wire signs onsite
• Review surveys and ask relevant questions for installation solutions
• Knowledge of hardware and ability to read engineering plans
• Positive attitude toward helping the company achieve goals
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
• Competence in building forms for concrete pads based on drawings
• Trustworthy and capable of making sound decisions
• Minimum 1-year experience with Creative Signs as a Junior Installer (or 3 years at another sign company)
• Operate boom truck/crane and weld safely on-site
• Diagnose and service signs (Neon, LED, Fluorescent)
• Prepare for jobs efficiently to minimize extra trips
• Mark holes, set pipes, and pour concrete pads
• Train installation assistants for advancement

Requirements:

• Meet all Lead Installer requirements
• Minimum 3 years with Creative Signs as a Lead Installer
• JLG, Crane, and Welding certified
