Pay Range: $14.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials

As a Residential Install Helper, you'll work alongside experienced HVAC installers to support the installation of heating and cooling systems in residential settings. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and looking to grow a long‑term career in the HVAC industry. Responsibilities include assisting with equipment and ductwork installation, preparing and cleaning job sites, organizing tools and materials, and following all safety protocols.

You'll play a key role in ensuring each installation runs smoothly while delivering excellent service to our customers. No prior HVAC experience is required – we provide training for the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

• Prior mechanical experience is a plus
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification – preferred (or willing to obtain after hire)
• RMGA Certification – preferred (or willing to obtain after hire)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and in team settings
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
