Residential HVAC Installer Lead Installer Opportunities Available

Location: Spanish Fork, UT

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and level

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and role level. Installer‑level technicians typically fall in the lower to mid range, while experienced Lead Installers fall within the upper range.

In addition to hourly pay, installers may earn performance‑based incentives tied to installation quality, efficiency, and zero‑call‑back performance. Top‑performing Lead Installers can earn up to $150,000 annually through performance bonuses and incentives.

Position Levels Residential HVAC Installer (Mid‑Level)

Technicians at this level typically have 1‑3 years of residential installation experience and are focused on continuing to develop their technical skills. Installers work alongside experienced technicians and gain exposure to more advanced installation techniques with a clear path to Lead Installer responsibilities.

Lead Residential HVAC Installer

Lead Installers typically have 2+ years of installation experience and manage residential installs from start to finish. They oversee jobsite workflow, maintain installation quality, and help train and mentor junior installers or helpers while representing the company professionally in customers' homes.

Final level and responsibilities will be determined during the interview process.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will install residential heating and cooling systems while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. Installers read installation plans, complete system installations, and collaborate with teammates to finish jobs on schedule.

Lead Installers take on additional responsibility for managing the installation process, maintaining jobsite efficiency, and mentoring helpers or junior installers.

What You Bring
  • At least 1 year of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)
  • EPA Type II or Universal Certification
  • RMGA Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Reliability, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills
  • Leadership ability or interest in mentoring others (for Lead roles)
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
