As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service heating and cooling systems for homeowners while delivering a high level of professionalism and customer care. This field-based role offers autonomy while still providing strong team and leadership support.

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems; perform inspections and preventative maintenance; identify and replace faulty components; educate homeowners on repairs, upgrades, and system performance; recommend solutions; complete accurate service documentation; maintain professional customer relationships; manage daily service calls efficiently.

Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience; EPA certification required; strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to work independently; excellent communication and customer service abilities; dependable work ethic; valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
