About the Role

As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation systems, and other residential comfort equipment in homes throughout the area. You will work closely with teammates, homeowners, builders, and company leadership to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers significant opportunities for skill development, certification growth, increased earning potential, and advancement into Lead Installer and supervisory positions.

What

You’ll Do

Install residential HVAC systems, ductwork, ventilation systems, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. Read and follow installation plans, blueprints, and job specifications while maintaining organized and safe job sites. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently, troubleshoot installation challenges, maintain quality workmanship, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Experienced and Lead Installers may assist with crew leadership, training, quality control, and project coordination.

What

We’re Looking For

HVAC installation experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with experience in construction, sheet metal, ductwork, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, roofing, or other skilled trades are encouraged to apply. Residential HVAC installation experience is strongly preferred for higher‑level positions.

Successful candidates will possess strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, a positive attitude, dependability, and a desire to learn and grow within the HVAC industry. EPA certification is preferred or willingness to obtain after hire. RMGA certification is preferred or willingness to obtain after hire. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
