Due to the high demand for services, we are currently looking to join our growing team at our Spanish Fork, UT location.

- Tuition Reimbursement
- Paid Time Off and 9 Paid Holidays
- Compensation: $30 - $50 per hour (Piece-rate / Commission equivalent)
- Complete full residential system installations, sheet metal duct fabrication, and equipment replacements to strict local codes.
- Guide, manage, and mentor assigned apprentices on the job site.
- Use Service Titan to accurately track job progress and upload required installation photos.
- Adhere to strict job site safety protocols and standby rules.
- Help track materials and labor for each project to prevent waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (including your assigned company van).
- Strong background running residential HVAC installations as a lead technician.
- EPA certification required; RMGA certification is highly preferred.
- Strong diagnostic capabilities and understanding of system airflows, gas pressures, and electrical connections.
- Self-motivated with excellent customer communication skills and a valid driver's license.
- Compliance:
Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs repetitively.
- The job requires working in cramped spaces like attics and crawlspaces, which involves a lot of bending, crawling, and kneeling.
- Ability to climb and work from ladders.
- Must be able to work in different environments that can be hot, cold, dusty, or dirty.
- Physical ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and work for extended periods without becoming overly fatigued.
