Employment Type: Full-Time | Year-Round Employment

Pay: $27.00-$45.00 per hour based on experience, plus bonuses, spiffs, and incentive opportunities

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, maintain, and optimize residential heating and cooling equipment while helping homeowners improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability. You’ll independently manage daily service calls, perform equipment inspections, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and provide customers with honest recommendations for repairs, maintenance, indoor air quality products, and system upgrades. You’ll also complete service documentation accurately, maintain a professional company image, and build lasting customer relationships through exceptional workmanship and service.

• At least two years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting, diagnostics, and equipment repair
• Comfortable working independently
• Excellent communication of technical information to homeowners
• Strong customer service orientation
• EPA Certification required; additional HVAC certifications welcomed
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Professionalism, reliability, and commitment to continuous learning
