Youth Mentor - Boys Academy

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of neurodiverse youth? Maple Lake Academy is looking for energetic, compassionate individuals to step into a Staff Mentor role supporting teenage boys with Autism in a structured, supportive, and growth-focused school and community environment.

In this role, you'll:

• Provide classroom support during school hours. Provide structured support during non-school hours
• Build meaningful connections with students
• Collaborate with a strong, caring team
• Help guide students in their academic and personal development with life skills and social skills

Schedule:

There are four different shifts and we have openings on each shift

• Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 3-11PM and one Sunday shift every other week
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3-11PM and one Sunday shift every other week
• Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 7-3PM and one Sunday shift every other week
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7-3PM and one Sunday shift every other week
• Part-Time

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 21 years or older (to be able to drive company vehicles)
• Acceptable Driving Record
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon accepting an offer
