Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of neurodiverse youth? Maple Lake Academy is looking for energetic, compassionate individuals to step into a staff mentor role supporting teenage boys with Autism in a structured, supportive, and growth-focused school and community environment. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide classroom support during school hours and structured support during non-school hours, build meaningful connections with students, collaborate with a strong, caring team, and help guide students in their academic and personal development with life skills and social skills.

- Provide classroom support during school hours.

Schedule- Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays 3‑11 PM and one Sunday shift every other week.
- Part‑time.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 21 years or older (to be able to drive company vehicles).
- Acceptable Driving Record.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon accepting an offer.
