Youth Mentor - PM Shift; M, W, F

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of neurodiverse youth? Maple Lake Academy is looking for energetic, compassionate individuals to step into a Staff Mentor role supporting teenage boys with Autism in a structured, supportive, and growth‑focused school and community environment. In this role, you’ll:

• Provide classroom support during school hours.
• Provide structured support during non‑school hours.
• Build meaningful connections with students.
• Collaborate with a strong, caring team.
• Help guide students in their academic and personal development with life skills and social skills.

Schedule:

There are four different shifts and we have openings on each shift.

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3‑11PM and one Sunday shift every other week. May also pick up extra hours during the week.
• Part‑Time
• Entry level position
• 25‑28 hours a week

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 21 years or older (to be able to drive company vehicles).
• Acceptable Driving Record.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon accepting an offer.
