Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of neurodiverse youth? Maple Lake Academy is looking for energetic, compassionate individuals to step into a Staff Mentor role supporting teenage boys with Autism in a structured, supportive, and growth-focused school and community environment.
Responsibilities- Provide classroom support during school hours and provide structured support during non‑school hours
- Build meaningful connections with students
- Collaborate with a strong, caring team
- Help guide students in their academic and personal development with life skills and social skills

ScheduleThere are four different shifts:
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM and one Sunday shift every other week. Part‑time.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 21 years or older (to be able to drive company vehicles)
- Acceptable driving record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon accepting an offer
