Maple Lake Academy is looking for energetic, compassionate individuals to step into a Staff Mentor role supporting teenage boys with Autism in a structured, supportive, and growth-focused school and community environment. In this role, you’ll:

• Provide classroom support during school hours and structured support during non‑school hours.
• Build meaningful connections with students.
• Collaborate with a strong, caring team.
• Help guide students in their academic and personal development with life skills and social skills.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 21 years or older (to be able to drive company vehicles).
• Acceptable Driving Record.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon accepting an offer.
