Tedesco Pacific Construction in Sparks, NV is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to manage all aspects of the accounts payable process and related office tasks. You will build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams, stay organized, and work both independently and as part of a team to ensure timely payments.
Responsibilities include data entry of invoices, processing ACH/EFT payments, assisting payroll cost corrections, and reconciling payables with Sage 300.
