Job Summary:
The Planning Support Coordinator is responsible for producing accurate production labels while providing administrative and technical support to the Planning department. This role is expected to grow with the department as new technologies, systems, and processes are implemented. The ideal candidate enjoys learning new software, improving processes, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Print labels for scheduled production and shipping.
- Create label templates for new products.
- Review label requests for accuracy.
- Maintain label inventory and supplies.
- Maintain label tracking logs.
- Assist with purchasing documentation and administrative tasks.
- Maintain planning records, spreadsheets, and department documentation.
- Assist with work instructions and document control.
- Support data entry and reporting activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Planning department as priorities require.
- Learn and support software used by the Planning department, including Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Bartender, and other business systems.
- Assist with implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, organization, and efficiency.
- Participate in cross-training to provide departmental coverage.
- Attend all applicable meetings and trainings.
- Perform other tasks as directed by your supervisor.

- Strong computer aptitude
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Comfortable learning new software and business systems

- Ability to manage multiple changing priorities
- Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Bartender, Power BI, or Power Automate (preferred)
- Manufacturing or supply chain experience (preferred)
This position is expected to evolve as the Planning department continues to grow and adopt new technologies. Responsibilities may expand over time based on business needs and employee strengths.
