Our charter is to identify, test, develop and deploy new products to meet current and future operational challenges, and as a Project Coordinator III on our team, you will support the Program Manager, engineers and multiple Technology Directors by ensuring priorities are tracked and stay on task and ahead of deadlines; handling coordination with vendors, teammates, and suppliers; generating and distributing internal communications to stakeholders within leadership;

all while using critical thinking and cross-functional relationships to identify and overcome obstacles and challenges with the team.

Working with the Program Manager to coordinate and track project management activities, resources, equipment, and information; helping break down projects into actionable tasks and set time frames; generating, analyzing, and providing information to stakeholders on the status of project execution; building and managing relationships with other company departments and programs to ensure our efforts are successful.

You will also ensure that changes in requirements and leadership expectations are tracked as projects evolve; help the Program Manager prepare and update budgets; analyze and track risks and opportunities; monitor and report project progress; assist in the creation of programmatic reports and presentations; and address issues that arise via proper communication and escalation.

Additionally, you will act as a program point of contact and represent JTF Sierra to other areas of the company, assist with JTF Technology Directors on additional assignments (establishing external partnerships, researching internal product improvements, etc), learn to use internal SNC tools to monitor and control project performance, plans and expenditures and help create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and status reports.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 6+ years of relevant experience
  • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
  • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Fundamental MS Office Skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Demonstrated ownership of tasks, organization skills and attention to detail
• Possess strong communication and client-facing, teamwork skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance

• Development of proposals to include administrative tasks as assigned
• Data entry into PM Systems
• Collaborating with internal Leadership, vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams, such as IPT leads, CAMs, Tech Leads and PA’s to ensure program activities will accomplish objectives
• Conflict resolution especially those related to resource assignments
• Monitoring project progress against baseline schedule and facilitating process improvement initiatives

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $38.39 - $52.79. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
