We are seeking an Industrial Tool Specialist to generate profitable rental sales of industrial tools to new regional customers. The role focuses on expanding market share within the industrial segment and increasing revenue and profitability for the Industrial Services Region.
Position Responsibilities- Establish district and regional goals to grow Industrial Tool revenue opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify revenue opportunities to meet district and/or regional goals.
- Grow revenue within the Industrial Tool categories by prospecting and securing new customers.
- Identify customers' fleet, quality, and safety expectations and provide guidance for implementation in purchasing, equipment maintenance, and on-site project management.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities while understanding market dynamics, customer segmentation, and key customers.
- Develop operational efficiencies around outages and turnarounds; collaborate with Industrial Services Project Managers to implement best practices during on-site project execution.
- Stay abreast of changing safety requirements in industrial plants and facilities.
- Communicate with other Industrial Tool Specialists to share leads, ideas, and opportunities.
- Communicate and integrate assigned Industrial National Accounts and/or Master Service Agreements within the Industrial Services Region.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience plus 2‑5 years of direct sales and/or project management experience within the heavy equipment industry.
- Industrial Tool equipment background preferred.
- Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
- Results‑driven sales professional.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to give presentations and business reviews to management.
- Working knowledge of different phases of industrial construction & maintenance, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specification.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple opportunities and clients concurrently.
Base Pay Range: $42,000.00 - $68,581.80
Total compensation package includes: base pay, a company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
