Traveling to airports and performing projects within the U.SQ&D Construction, a top-ranked general contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent/Foreman to be part of our Aviation Group team. ., support field project management staff and lead components of a terminal expansion project in the Northern California/ Nevada region. Proficiency with Procore, Primavera and Blue Beam is strongly desired. Aviation-related business experience a plus but not required.
Q&D’s Aviation Group focuses on work in and at airports in the U.S. which includes new terminal buildings, support facilities, tenant improvements, equipment upgrades, vendor (concessionaire, leaseholder) build-outs, and airline-specific construction activities like: branding and signage, gate relocations, ticketing and check-in configurations, and their back-of-house facilities Q&D team of project managers, project engineers, and superintendents work together in over 100 airports across the United States.
Q&D works alongside our clients, within the framework and layers of regulations, restrictions and initiatives, to develop the most advantageous and cost-effective solution on their behalf.
Please note that this position requires the availability to travel full time.
Requirements- Two-year or four-year degree in any field or the equivalent field experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in the trades
- Aptitude and ability to control cost and schedule in a strict regulatory environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

- communicates well with clients, subcontractors, vendors and his or her own teammates
- works collaboratively with peers and colleagues
