• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Schedule and conduct project meetings to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of roofing and sheet metal projects.
• Ensure all projects are completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost effective resource allocation.
• Track project expenses and manage financial reports.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving measures without compromising quality.
• Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Address any quality concerns promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients.
• Foster strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address any personal issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in roofing or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry regulations.
• In‑depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Data Forma, Excel, Sage 300 CRE).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification (preferred).
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

• Climbing
