Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with production leaders and manufacturing engineers to gather technical information and translate it into user-friendly documentation.
- Create, edit, and maintain a wide range of documents including user manuals, API guides, process instructions, and compliance records.
- Use Markdown, Confluence, and Adobe Frame Maker to format and publish content across multiple platforms.
- Ensure all documentation meets quality standards, follows brand guidelines, and complies with industry regulations.
- Continuously improve documentation workflows, templates, and best practices to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Proven experience as a technical writer in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong command of English with excellent written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Markdown, Confluence, and Adobe Frame Maker (or similar authoring tools).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality, accurate documentation.
