Position:
Customer Experience Representative

• Customer Communication: answer inbound calls promptly, set up appointments, and provide accurate information about HVAC and plumbing products and services.
• Sales & Promotions: make outbound calls to promote services and current promotions, and sell Sadie Guard Dog protection plans.
• Account Setup & Maintenance: create new customer accounts and keep detailed notes to maintain scheduling accuracy.
• Follow‑Up: respond quickly to customer inquiries, emails, and leads, ensuring customers stay informed on offerings.
• Customer Relationships: build positive relationships by listening to needs, routing calls, and addressing concerns promptly.

• 1 year of customer service experience, preference for prior roles in home services such as plumbing, electrical, garage door, patio, window install, appliance repair, HVAC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to type 30+ WPM.
• Proficiency in Windows‑based programs, strong sales orientation, passion for customer service.
• Schedule:
  
  one weekend per month on call.

• Prolonged periods of sitting with some standing, bending, and lifting up to 15 pounds. Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
