• Experience: No prior dental experience required! Whether you are a retail/customer service superstar looking for a career change, or a recent dental assisting graduate looking for your first home, we want to hear from you!

• Safety & Compliance: This position is safety-sensitive; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly follow CDC, OSHA, and American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines to maintain a safe environment.

• Learn Pediatric Chairside Assisting: Train to provide high-quality, efficient four-handed chairside assistance to our pediatric dentists during clinical procedures.

  Greet children and parents with high energy, using kid-friendly techniques to ease anxieties and build dental confidence.
• Clinic Operations: Learn to prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment rooms seamlessly while adhering to all safety, OSHA, and infection control protocols.

  Work hand-in-hand with the clinical and front office teams to ensure a smooth, cheerful, and efficient daily patient flow.
