This posting represents both active and future Front Desk openings throughout Northern Nevada. When a location‑specific opportunity becomes available, qualified candidates will be contacted directly by our Talent Team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you help create a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door. This role is essential to patient satisfaction, office flow, and daily operations.

• Greet and check in patients professionally and warmly
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Manage patient paperwork and office systems
• Assist with insurance verification and basic billing questions
• Keep the front office organized, efficient, and patient‑focused
• Support smooth day‑to‑day office operations

• Dental or medical front office experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented mindset
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Some roles may require occasional travel between nearby Northern Nevada offices.

Pay: $15–$17/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
