We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused general dentist to join a collaborative dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive oral care. Our team values preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry with a strong commitment to patient education and comfort. Candidates should be proficient in modern dental technologies, digital imaging, and treatment planning, and should demonstrate excellent chairside manner, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting patient relationships.

Key

Job Duties
  • Examine teeth, gums, and oral tissues using diagnostic tools such as X‑rays and dental instruments
  • Diagnose oral diseases and conditions, including cavities, infections, and gum disease
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures
  • Conduct tooth extractions and minor oral surgeries when necessary
  • Administer local anesthesia and manage pain control during procedures
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post‑treatment instructions
  • Perform routine cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealant applications
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
  • Collaborate with dental specialists for complex cases requiring advanced care
  • Manage dental staff and oversee daily operations of the dental practice
Qualifications and Skills
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
  • Valid state dental license
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
  • Excellent communication and patient care abilities
  • Attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Knowledge of dental software and digital imaging systems
