7 on 7 off rotation Tuesday to Monday Night shift 6 pm to 6 am 17-18 patients per day, 20-21 in winter Average 7 admits per night Open ICU admits and cross coverage Intensivist available for backup support Admitters and rounders system for patient management
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
