Pay Rate Range: $50-51/hr. on W2
Duration: 12-48 months
Work Location: Onsite in Sparks, NV, 98178

PLC Programmer Requirements:

• Expertise in Siemens TIA Portal Version 18 and Siemens Safety PLC 1518-F.
• Proficient in Siemens IPC integration and HMI development.
• Familiar with Siemens SiCAR standard.
• Familiar with Tesla PLC template for Siemens PLC (minimum 2 years of Tesla experience).
• Experience in S7 Graph logic.
• Strong knowledge of robotic station interface, sequencing, and interlocking.
• Familiar with Drives (VFD and Servo) – Siemens and SEW.

• Develop station logic and HMI as per Tesla standards independently.
• Independently test and validate the assigned station.

• Take complete responsibility for the assigned station.
• Flexibility to work in any shift.
• Valid USA visa is required.
• Minimum work experience: 6-8 years.

• We need 3-5 resources for a Tesla project in Sparks, NV.
• Candidates must have Tesla project experience working with their Siemens SICAR standard.
• Candidates also must have a minimum of 5 years controls engineering experience.
• Please do not send candidates without Tesla standard experience.
• We can pay for expenses but we do not have flexibility on the bill rate.
• They should be open to any shift and expecting to work 50-60 hours/week for roughly 3 months.
• There is a chance some of the Engineers may be kept longer, but we are only budgeting for 3 months at this time.
• Planning to start resources in the next 1-2 weeks.
