Professional House Cleaner

Compensation

Guaranteed minimum wage of $12.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $1,000.00 per week, paid weekly. You can earn more with a valid driver’s license and a company car.

Pay range $12.00 to $20.00 an hour, depending on experience, quality, and speed.

Full-time work;
No nights, weekends, or holidays.

We will teach you everything you need to know about cleaning houses using our proven process.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow our process and you’ll delight every customer. Tips are optional.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Make customers feel you care about their home.

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – Responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – Take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

• No experience required – we provide training.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients
