Are you a detail‑driven accountant who thrives in a fast‑paced close environment and takes pride in clean, accurate financials? Join our collaborative finance team and play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our General Ledger while helping evolve our accounting processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Own daily bank reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
  • Prepare and post journal entries and reclassifications, especially during month‑end close
  • Support a disciplined 3 day close cycle, delivering preliminary financials by Day 3 (Balance Sheet, P&L, Budget vs. Actual)
  • Cost Accounting (Full Cycle)
  • Fixed Assets, Depreciation
  • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & use tax filings
  • Ensure audit‑ready financials with accuracy and consistency
  • Accounting in Manufacturing Environment
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiency
What You Bring

  • Strong General Ledger accounting experience
  • Proven success in a tight month‑end close environment
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and follow close calendars

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $165000.00/yr.
  • Benefits begin the first day of the month following start date of employment unless otherwise stated. HEALTH BENEFITS
