Responsibilities
  • Proactively coordinates assigned project progress and timelines to ensure project goals and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinates day-to-day project tasks and documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule, or scope as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Conducts post-project implementation reviews to identify successes and opportunities for future projects.
  • Schedules stakeholder meetings and facilitates communication between project teams throughout the project life cycle.
  • Coordinates with local leadership, new providers, and corporate onboarding teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Produces preliminary materials for internal and external dissemination as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Leads Market Transition Calls and maintains weekly reporting on provider onboarding/off‑boarding status for leadership team.
  • Submits Capital Appropriation & Project Authorization & Cost requests and coordinates delivery of capital purchases.
  • Provides administrative support to the Project Manager.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in business or healthcare related field is required; bachelor’s degree or professional certification in project coordination preferred.
  • Minimum of one to three years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a healthcare environment; three to five years preferred.
