Universal Health Services - - - Responsibilities:
Prepares all food items and patient meal trays accurately based on diet order, approved recipes and patient meal tickets;
Uses proper techniques to ensure food safety, including hand hygiene, glove use, temperature monitoring, cleaning and sanitizing;
Follows procedures for stocking trayline, prep areas and nourishment rooms;
Utilizes proper delivery and pickup procedures including patient identification, isolation techniques, and dishroom procedures
