Responsibilities- Proactively coordinates assigned project progress and timelines to ensure project goals and deliverables are met.
- Coordinates day-to-day project tasks and documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule, or scope as directed by the Project Manager.
- Conducts post-project implementation reviews to identify successes and opportunities for future projects.
- Schedules stakeholder meetings and facilitates communication between project teams throughout the project life cycle.
- Coordinates with local leadership, new providers, and corporate onboarding teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Produces preliminary materials for internal and external dissemination as directed by the Project Manager.
- Leads Market Transition Calls and maintains weekly reporting on provider onboarding/off‑boarding status for leadership team.
- Submits Capital Appropriation & Project Authorization & Cost requests and coordinates delivery of capital purchases.
- Provides administrative support to the Project Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree in business or healthcare related field is required; bachelor’s degree or professional certification in project coordination preferred.
- Minimum of one to three years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a healthcare environment; three to five years preferred.
