Job Summary
This Surgical/Scrub Tech opportunity is part time on our Surgery Unit and offers a convenient schedule. We are looking for a dynamic Surgical/Scrub Tech that will monitor PAR level of all surgical instruments and pain management supplies, clean and sterilize all surgical instruments used in the OR and Pain Center, participate in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities, and demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
Job Duties /Responsibilities- Interact professionally with patients and family.
- Provide patients with explanations and verbal reassurance, as necessary.
- Notify appropriate licensed personnel when a patient complains of pain.
- Adapt procedures to meet individual needs of infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients for treatment.

- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
- Surgical Technician Certification required.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience.
- Current BLS Certification.
