CNA​/P.C.T, Med​/Tele Unit - Nights

Position: CNA/P.C.T, Med/Tele Unit - Full Time Nights
Universal Health Services - 2375 East Prater Way - Responsibilities:
Completes bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift;
Provides patient and family with contact information for care team on communication board each shift;
Meets with Supervising Registered Nurse at the start of shift to receive delegated tasks;
Addresses patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population-specific, and diversity needs in care;
Adheres to safety policies and procedures to promote patient safety and fall precautions during ADL care
