Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Completes bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift;
Ensures patient is provided with the names and contact numbers for members of the care team on the communication board every shift;
Meets with Supervising RN at the beginning of each shift to receive delegation of tasks;
Involves the patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population specific, and diversity needs in care;
Utilizes appropriate patient safety strategies to prevent human errors
