We are seeking a Microbiology Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) Specialist to join our highly respected laboratory team in Sparks, Nevada. This is a full-time day shift position that offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 $ 134,000, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, full benefits package, and a 4% 401(k) match.
Responsibilities:- Performing microbiology testing and analysis
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results
- Maintaining quality control standards
- Participating in laboratory research and development activities
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- ASCP certification
- 3+ years of experience in Microbiology
- Nevada state laboratory license (application process assistance provided)
