Obtain verification of insurance benefits, eligibility, notice of admission, and precertification authorization for patients;
Enter benefit eligibility and precertification information into the billing system on or before the date of service;
Record and verify patient information during interviews to ensure completeness of records;
Interpret scheduling and order information and enter ICD-10 and CPT codes to ensure insurance coverage;
Communicate with patients and internal/external customers to provide high-level service and support
