B. Miller Medical Center - 2375 East Prater Way - Responsibilities:
Prepare and plate hospital meals according to approved recipes and service times;
Review planned menus and tallies to determine types and quantities of foods to be prepared;
Assist in managing and communicating low supplies to Director/Supervisor;
Ensure meals are ready at specified times and consult with supervisor regarding leftovers;
Prepare foods according to approved recipes and maintain appearance standards
