Job Summary

The HR Generalist at 1 Click Logistics will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the human resources function, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. This dynamic role involves providing day-to-day HR support to both employees and managers while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The HR Generalist will help foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and contribute to the overall success of the organization by implementing effective HR processes and solutions.

Additionally, must be detail‑oriented, well‑versed in relevant software applications, highly organized, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring all new hire documentation is completed.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR‑related issues, providing support and guidance on workplace policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Investigate employee complaints and concerns, work with the Director of HR and management to implement appropriate solutions.
  • Promote positive employee relations and foster a collaborative company culture.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and tracking employee progress.
  • Provide coaching to managers on performance improvement plans, employee feedback, and talent development.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Assist employees with benefits‑related questions and guide them through open enrollment and other benefits events.
  • Work with external vendors to ensure the proper administration of benefits programs and resolve any employee concerns.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEO.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records, ensuring all documentation is in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
