Job Duties

Provide support activities within assigned technical areas
Perform equipment exchange and maintain inventory records
Install software and perform program updates
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and telecommunication issues
Assist users in resolving computer-related problems
Train users on supported software and hardware (both technical and user-level understanding)
Support technology infrastructure across multiple locations (Core Technology, Small Package, Freight, SCS)
Travel to customer sites using a personal vehicle for technical support
Work flexible shifts, including weekends when required

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Computer Science (Bachelor’s preferred)
A+ Certification required
Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize and manage daily tasks effectively
