Infra Delivery Install Technicians collaborate with cross‑functional teams, troubleshoot complex technical scenarios, and implement strategic solutions that keep our network running seamlessly. They engage in hands‑on technical work requiring creativity, precision, and a passion for technological innovation.
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, ensuring customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. This role supports data centers in various operational stages and may require travel to training locations until the assigned facility becomes fully operational.
Key job responsibilities- move and implement large enterprise equipment.
- install fibre and copper cabling, patch cable between equipment.
- ensure proper safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.
- follow established hardware installation procedures and perform break‑fix activities.
- safely use material‑handling tools and equipment.
- travel within and outside the regional work area; own reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- regularly lift or move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.
- work in an environment that operates 24/7; participate in primary responder rotation and after‑hours support as needed.
- work in cramped, elevated, or noisy environments.
- perform bending, lifting, stretching, reaching, standing and walking for up to 8+ hours a day.
- ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation.
- ability to travel to or commute between data center locations as needed.
- willingness to temporarily work at alternative sites during training periods or until assigned facility is operational.
- travel frequency will vary based on business needs and operational status of assigned facility.
- candidates must be able to travel over 50 miles or commute less than 50 miles to active data center sites as required by business needs.
- 1+ years of Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, or Data Center Operations experience, or experience in similar technical or vocational roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Industry standard certification (CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+).
- Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies.
- Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment.

USA, NV, SPARKS – 27.00 – 48.00 USD hourly.
