Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Expert in implementing and supporting Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting).
• Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including security policies, NAT, routing, VPN (IPSec, site‑to‑site, remote access), Panorama management and threat prevention profiles.
• Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), including RF optimization, roaming, and high‑density deployments.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third‑party interoperability.
• Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) including grid management, failover, and automation integration.
• Lead hands‑on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains.
• Perform real‑time packet captures (Wireshark) to investigate complex issues during live P1 calls.
• Investigate causes, test solutions, and suggest solutions to reduce time taken to resolve network‑related tickets.
• Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades.
• Help L1 & L2 resources address network‑related issues.
• Lead and drive operations issues independently in high‑pressure environments engaging multiple stakeholders during live troubleshooting.

• Cisco ACI: APIC, EPGs, contracts, fabric health, L2/L3 connectivity.
• Palo Alto Firewalls: PAN‑OS, Panorama, security policies, IPSec VPN, NAT.
• Advanced troubleshooting of Level 3 and above network issues, performing callbacks to ensure issues are resolved and solutions provided to the customer under high‑pressure factory environments.
• Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
• Resourcefulness, ability to work independently, strong time‑management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi‑task amid shifting priorities.
