Responsibilities- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage the overall scopes of various projects
- Manage and control project budget, track actual cost vs budgeted cost, forecast anticipated costs, create daily or weekly cost reports
- Control and manage project documentation including issuing contracts, change orders, request for information (RFI), drawing/design packages, design change narratives (DCN)
- Schedule entire scope of project including all related departments. Track Critical path of project including recovery schedules and areas of schedule improvement
- Lead and direct project meetings utilizing the schedule and other project related documentation
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create daily or weekly construction reports including major highlights, schedule updates, current project status, issues or conflicts, and next action plans
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Prioritize a list of many projects and execute project deliverables with available resources
- Provide input on process improvement opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
- To ensure health and safety in the workplace, wearing PPE may include equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and a full hazmat suit with respirator

Requirements - Required and/or Preferred
Education:
- Basic/
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Engineering Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Essential
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of construction management, Project Management or related field experience
- Strong project leader with excellent organizational and verbal skills
- Knowledge of and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite software including Access, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Ability and proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data
- Solid computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and demonstrated general working knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software tool
- Demonstrates effective planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritize work, and deliver quality results
- Self-starter who works well independently and follows up with minimal direction and a focus on team success
- Able to make appropriate decisions when confronted with obstacles, think before acting, and resolve issues creatively and effectively
- A strong work ethic with a “get the job done” approach and consistently delivers excellent customer service
- Intuitive, adaptable, creative, and collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative by nature with strong team-building skills and willingness to learn from others
- Must have working-level knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking)
