Full-Time Make Ready Technician

Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Make Ready Technician in Dallas, TX to keep our apartments in top working condition, provide excellent customer service, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations.

This position offers competitive pay starting at $18 per hour

As a Make Ready Technician
, you are essential to maintaining our property in a clean, attractive, and safe condition. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, helping to manage inventory, tools, and equipment needed for ongoing maintenance and repairs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance
• Inspecting and maintaining buildings and grounds according to company policies
• Replacing electrical switches, plumbing fixtures, appliance parts, and locks
• Performing minor repairs to walls, woodwork, and doors
• Painting, groundskeeping, and trash removal
• Reporting and correcting safety hazards in a timely manner
• Take pride in your work and are driven to keep the property looking its best

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of maintenance experience in property management or a related field
• Ability to be on-call 24/24
• Valid driver’s license
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently?
• Value safety and take it seriously?
• Communicate well and work effectively with others?

This is a full-time position, typically 40 hours or more per week
