The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the work of internal maintenance staff or external contractors charged with the maintenance and repair of company property. They take requests for maintenance from employees, tenants, customers, or other visitors, create work orders, triage requests, and schedule maintenance, expediting emergency repairs. They identify and select external contractors or vendors, and may negotiate contracts. They ensure that repairs are completed in accordance with internal policies and service agreements.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 7AM - 3:30PM
