Position Summary
Communicate with individuals and groups verbally and in writing, manage staffing and scheduling, and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety. Monitor and review business reports to maintain productivity, and ensure associates are trained on logistics and company policies. Identify and resolve customer or supplier concerns, provide coaching to associates and leaders, and support hiring, promotion, and training.

- Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing, and scheduling.
- Monitor and manage productivity and produce business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained and compliant.
- Identify customer and supplier concerns, consult with others, and recommend corrective actions.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and coaching.
- Build a culture of belonging and support through collaboration, trust, and positive communication.
- Act with integrity by modeling Walmart values and maintaining ethical standards.
- Serve customers and members by delivering results, applying business models, and making data‑driven decisions.
- Strive for excellence by driving continuous improvement, adopting new technologies, and encouraging learning from mistakes.
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience
- OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience
- OR 2 years supervisory experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience supervising associates
- Knowledge of Walmart Logistics Systems
- Annual salary range: $65,500.00 – $98,000.00
- Performance bonuses (annual or quarterly)
- Location‑based Regional Pay Zone (RPZ)
