Position Summary

Key Responsibilities- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (eg customers, suppliers, associates).
- Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety).
- Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards and procedures; monitoring compliance; and distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns by listening, consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action or recommendations for resolution.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, coaching, and evaluation.

Annual salary range: $65,500.00 – $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Other adjustments:
Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and stock options.
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics or a related field and 1 year supervisory experience, OR
